Getting to internet when using Tax Cut Program

When I try to register my tax cut program it gives me an error saying I am
not connected to the internet. I am connected via internet explorer and or
AOL, using a broadband connection with AT&T.
I have disabled all firewallls as far as I can determine. Anyone have any
ideas?
