Getting the Windows XP Pro OEM CD free when have the OS and license

My laptop has the authentication code on it and the XP PRo OS on it. I
don't have the CD. How do I get MS to shp it to me??
 
Microsoft can't get you a CD. Only the company who sold you the laptop can.
They can either give you a Windows XP OEM CD, A RestoreCD, or a hidden
partition on your computer with the RestoreCD's files on it.

You can't. Only the PC's manufacturer can provide you the OEM CD,
if they so choose.
