Getting startup programs back

I accidently turned off all programs from starting up automatically at
startup. (zone alarm, norton anti-virus) Things that show up in taskbar.

I forgot how I did it, and want to get them back, someone know what to do?

Did you do it in MSCONFIG?
Start/Run
Type "msconfig" ENTER
Look under Start-up tab.
