I am trying to set up a new acount. I have a yahoo e-mail address. Where can
I find the incoming mail server and the outgoing e-mail server?

Windows Mail cannot access webmail accounts. It can only access POP3 and
IMAP accounts.
If you pay for the Yahoo Mail Plus account, then you can access their POP
server.
