Getting rid of red eye

Can someone tell me how to get rid of red eye in my
digital photos using the photo editor that came with my
windows XP. Thank you!

Hi, the "photo editor that came with my windows XP"? Are you talking about
Microsoft Paint? Paint is not really "Photo Editing" software, you might
want to try purchasing a program like Microsoft Picture It!
