Getting rid of drop down menu names

Whenever I have to type in my email address, there are about 6 versions of
my address. How can I delete all of these? I have windows xp. I have
tried looking for answers in all the help menus, but cannot find any.

Clear the AutoComplete for forms in Internet Properties.

Control Panel (Classic View) > Internet Properties > Content tab >
AutoComplete button > Clear Forms
