getting rid of annoying .tmp files?

Hi,
Sorry if this topic has been covered before but is there any way of
getting rid off immediately those annoying files with .tmp extension
that keep appearing now and then, eg. "MFCA8.tmp"? I can only get
deleting them after a re-boot of PC.

If you can't remove them until you re-boot then don't touch them. If you
can't delete that means that the OS has the file locked and is using it for
some purpose.
