Getting primary and secondary axes to line up

Hi,

I am using a column-line combination chart. My primary y-
axis has percents for labels, my secondary y-axis has
numbers. The 0.0% on the primary axis does not line up
with the 0 on my secondary y-axis. The 0 on my secondary
axis a little higher than the 0.0% on my primary axis. Is
there a way to get the primary and secondary X-axes to
line up?

Any help will be much appreciated.
