Getting Pictures in Email to open with Windows Media Viewer

Every time I open an jpeg image in email it opens up Jasc Paint Shop. How do
I get the image to open in Windows Picture and Fax View?

This question was answered in the general group. Please do not post the same message to multiple groups as it simply wastes everyones time.
 
My apologies for multiple postings. I am a first time user and after posting
to this group, realized that I was in the wrong group. This is however a
service site for all and can be very helpful to the novice. You might want
to take that into consideration. I can only image how many novices out
there, like myself, who are struggling thru an issue, don't know where to go,
finally find a place, use it and then are told you are wasting peoples time.
Just something to consider the next time you run into multiple entries.

pictures to
open in Windows Pictures and Fax Viewer!!! If you find out, please let me
