Getting Permissions to propagate in Outlook 2003 / Exchange Server

Hi all,

I hope someone can help with this. I have a situation in my office
where someone hired an admin assistant. I need to set up the
assistant's Outlook 2003 so that she can see her supervisors in box and
all 60+ folders and subfolders nested underneath the Inbox. We run an
exchange server here.

I thought there would be some obvious way to set permissions to the
Inbox, and then apply the permission to all boxes underneath. But it
appears I have to set permissions on every last folder under the inbox.
This would work, but it is a waste of time to say the least.

I found: File --> folder - copy folder design
From there I can copy the permissions of the Inbox. I just can;t
figure out how to apply them to teh folders underneath. Maybe I am
barking up the wrong tree here.

Can anyone help? Any assistance would be great appreciated.

What version of Exchange? In 5.5 you could make the assistant a second
owner on the mailbox. (If that is not too much permission)

The way you are currently setting up the permissions is probably
the only other way that I am aware of.

You may want to post this to the Exchange group, however, include
the Exchange Version when you do.

Exchange 2000, and Outlook 2003. I have this issue posted in the
Exchange group as well.
