When I go to sign in I get a message "This copy of windows must be activated
with microsoft before u can log on. Do you want to activate windows now." I
click yes and it gives a message that states "Windows is already activated
click OK to exit" and I can't get pass that window because it takes me back
to the login page. HHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP plz!!!!!!!

Possible Resolution:

Boot into "Safe Mode" by pressing (F8) during a reboot.

Go to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 regwizc.dll , and hit enter.
Then go again to Start > Run and type: regsvr32 licdll.dll , and hit enter again.

Apparently, and I can't say how, the above files became unregistered.

Additional Troubleshooting:

You are prompted to activate Windows every time you restart your computer

I rec'd an error when I tried to log on while in Safe Mode (i.e. Cannot
register wihle in Safe Mode).

However, I was able to boot up and register (at least I got the "Succeeded"
pop up windows) while in Safe Mode with Command Prompt...go figure.
