I am getting the same thing. I have scanned many of the forums and done a
global, but have found nothing that works with my system...others have the
same problem, but it is probably tied to one particular application...fixes
should start showing up shortly as it is tied to SP2.

Can't be sure about this, but...

Does it occur with any file, not just folders? Does it occur in My
Computer?

if it occurs with all files, then under the registry key.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

Try removing (Backup your registry first!!!!) some of the entries there.
On my system, I have:

{a2a9545d-a0c2-42b4-9708-a0b2badd77c8}
Offline Files
Open With
Open With EncryptionMenu
UltraEdit-32

You may have some different items depending on the applications you have
installed. Best to keep the items listed above. Delete the other items
one by one until you have found the culprit.

Oh, you may want to have some kind of backup first.
