Getting MAC clients logging onto a MAC server

Hello



I have a MAC OS X 10.2.3 server. I have created various usernames on this
server that I want the students to use when logging onto the MAC clients.



We have various OS varying from 9.2 to 10.2. I have managed to get the 10.2
MAC's logging into the serer using LDAP v3 but I cannot get the older OS's
working using LDAP v2.



I know upgrading to Panther would solve our problems, nut as always money is
an issue.



Hope someone can help.
