getting free xp upgrades

i want to update my windows xp without having to download from the microsoft
website because i have dialup and it really sucks. it gives it to me free if
i download it, but why cant i get a cd rom for free to install it?

Mainly because there are no CDs containing all of the updates.. do you have
a friend with high speed who could do it for you?..
