Getting form data into database

After building a form and entering data ?we are getting a confirmation page
saying the data was sent to our database but when we open the database there
is no data in the table. We are just having this problem on one of our
servers. We do the same thing on the other server and everything works
perfectly. Sounds like a server issue....??

Is this an Access form bound to a database table... or are you using
some other sort of "form"? A Web form perhaps? More details please!

Thanks John, it is an asp form being sent to a table in an Access database.
