The POP and STMP servers are among the the information you
should get from your email provider, who is probably also your
internet provider. I haven't heard about the ccc's and the ddd's.

A tracert to actionsignsdayton.com leads to
p12w8.geo.re4.yahoo.com, so you might want to check what
type of Yahoo account it uses if any.

For one type of Yahoo account, connecting with Windows Mail
means you have to either pay extra or install YPOPs:
