Getting "Creat List" function on excel 2002

Hi I'm using ms excel 2002 version 10.68. I would like to use the option
"create list" from Data > List > Creat List..Unfortunately i can't see that
on my current excel version. Is there is any way to add this function? Pls
advise me on this. Thank you.
 
Data>List feature was introduced in 2003.

No way to add it to 2002 version.
