After OS upgrade from 98se to XP home and downloading
(from ATI) and reinstalling Multimedia Center, DVD
player, and the Driver for the ATI All-in Wonder 128 Pro
graphic card, the Launch Pad works fine but when I click
on a player (TV, Video CD, CD, DVD, File), the little
hour glass comes on for a few seconds and then
diappears. The player DOES NOT open up.

ATI support has been ineffectual so far.

Any IDEAS? Thanks

Uninstall everything from ATI, Drivers & MMC. If you have problems
uninstalling everything try using this program to do it for you [
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/cat-uninstaller.exe ] , but I'd only use it
after trying to manually unistall from Add/Remove Programs in Control
Panel.

Reboot. Reinstall latest versions of the ATI driver & MMC.
