Getting a Radeon AIW to work

Still can't get MMC to work (just installed the latest catalyst).

ATI Multimedia Cener Configuration tool with the PC Check comes up after the
second crash. Under TV it says select your default capture drivers and when
I select ATI Rage Theater Video Capture it says "Driver: ATI Rage Theater
Video Capture (Unsupported)". That got anything to do with anything?

I have the same problem with an ATI Radeon AIW 9800 SE. When I look at
the ATI Multimedia Center Configuration window, on the TV tab, I can
read that:

"Driver: ATI Rage Theater Video Capture (Unsupported)".

How strange! BTW nothing wrong on the Device Manager (no exclamation
marks).

I don't know if that's fixed, but my card is now capturing correctly - I
needed to go back a revision in capture drivers.

As per usual, ati programmers suck.

I uninstalled everything (ATI stuff) and re-installed the original
drivers that were provided on the CD:

ATI WDM * : 6.14.10.6207
Display adapter: 6.14.10.6374

This did not help...

When I installed the card the first time, on a fresh WindowsXPsp1
install, it was working ok. I then applied Microsoft updates; one of
them was DirectX 9.0b. Since then, things went wrong. I'm not 100%
sure that this is the problem, but I may well re-install the whole
stuff and stick to DirectX 9.0 ...

Can anyone confirm?
