Gettin Error Message from corrupt files

In many programs such as

-Opera
-MSN 6
-MSN Messenger
-Aol Instant Messenger

I keep gettin a ballon message in the lower right hand
corner of my computer which says..

Clear your temp internet files. If needed delete them manually.

no luck.. they still pop up. I deleted all offline
material including temp internet files and cookies.

Try deleting the whole content.ie5 folder(its safe to do so) and then run
the disk error checking utility.
