When starting Outlook Express or occasionally Windows
Media player, the following dialogue box appears

THE PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT GETIUMS cannot be located in the
dyanmic link library msdart.dll

What is this and how do I fix it ?

A search on msdart.dll in Google should be a help.
