geting a report to include company

How do i get a report to include the company instead of the name first.
 
There are two actions that need to occur for for your request.
GoTo Tools > Options > Contact Options > Click on [Last, First]
And select Your Arrangement here.

Cards that were made prior to this change must be changed manuelly, (sorry).
