Get rid of CleverIEHooker.Jeired

I need a dummy's guide-- or better yet, a simple tool -- for getting rid of
this spyware (adware?). Spybot finds it but can't destroy it. Adaware SE
doesn't even find it. Can anyone help please?

They were a bit complicated for me. I found another set here:

I followed the DOS instructions for Jeired, then re-ran Spybot, which can no
longer find the offending file. Hopefully it is gone.
