Get "NTLDR missing" msg and no boot!

In initial boot, after the BIOS boot, get a black screen
msg: "NTLDR missing Won't restart Get same thing.
Any key to restart"
What is broken? and what fix?

NTLDR tells your pc where windows is so it can load it.
You can try booting from the install CD and when asked selet "Repair".
From the recovery console use the fixboot and fixmbr commands.
 
Sounds like you left a disk in A: ?

Remove the floppy disk from the floppy disk drive ;o)
