Get Error 3197 when trying to open database in Access 2007

I have a database that was working perfectly fine and now gives an
Error 3197 when we try to open it. The problem occurs for anyone
trying to open it on our network drive or from a linked copy on there
desktop. The problem seems to be when a table in the backend is
attempted to be accessed which is linked from the front ends on the
desktops. There is no *.ldb file anywhere and we have tried to create
a new db to import the objects into and have tried to compact and
repair the database. All attempts with known solutions result in the
Error 3197.

Does anyone have a solution that may work?
