Get "E-mail not verified" message in messenger

Scott

My parents got a new computer with XP Home preinstalled.
They got onto Windows Messenger and signed in via their
Passport. Now they keep getting the pop-ups saying they
need to respond to some e-mail so their e-mail address
can be verified. Problem is, they never got the e-mail
that they needed to respond to or that included a link or
whatever. How can they verify their e-mail address so
they don't keep getting the popup?

Jonathan, thank you much!!! I'll work with Passport
Services...

Greetings Scott,

They (or you) will need to contact Passport Services and
request another verification e-mail
