get another workgroup compu under ma workgroup

imagine ma workgroup name is winworkgroup and ma friends
laptop is officexp [workgroup name] how do i get ma
friends workgroup under ma workgroup?
 
r click my computer>select properties>network>enter the
workgroup...or run the network settup program from the
program files...
