german in english windows mail

how can I switch to a German keyboard configuration in vista windows mail?
It works in Windows Office.

check spelling in German language

you change your keyboard language configuration. choose your language
third:
if you buy windows vista German language - all program are German language.
Your Windows is another language all program are another language.

windows office you can change the language. Microsoft permit this.
