Mine also offers Spanish, but that doesn't help you. No more are likely
to be added, so you should think of changing email programs to get a
Dutch spelling checker.
If you want to try Windows Live mail, you may want to ask if it does
what you want in newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

If it will do Dutch, this is likely to be hidden, so you'll have to ask
how to find it.
If Windows Live Mail won't do it, you might want to check
Thunderbird, which has at least some support for a variety of
languages.
