German Dictionary for Office 2003

I would like to have the German dictionary for my Office 2003.
As I understand is the German Proofing Tool only available over the counter
and not to download over the Internet. Other dictionaries are available for
download, why not the german dictionary.
I am informed correctly here?

That's no problem when you install the German Office version.

As I understand is the German Proofing Tool only available over the
counter and not to download over the Internet. Other dictionaries are
available for download, why not the german dictionary.

Why don't you ask at the correct place. microsoft.public.office.misc
