genuine windows

Hi, i have a new official valid windows cd, and a pc with not genuine
windows installed, but on the other hand with every program i would like to
use already there. How can make the non genuine windows genuine, provided i
already have an official valid cd and that i wouldnt like to setup indows
and every other program i will use from the beggining?
