Generic Trojan Horse Virus file msspi.dll

Running my anti virus software I detected two files with the same name called
msspi.dll. I quarantined the first virus but cannot delete the second. The
virus is in c:\windows\syatem32\msspi.dll. How do I remove this file? Is it
safe to do so? The virus is preventing me logging onto the internet and
sending/receiving E mails. Help Please!!

This is Malware not a virus,open your "hosts file"
Unhide files and folders,right click on start and select "explore"navigate
to your "windows" folder and open,next navigate to "system32" and open,scroll
down to "drivers" and open next open the folder called "ETC" open with
notepad.
delete everything except
127.0.0.1 local host
if you can access the internet at this time download the programs listed
below, update them and scan your system,delete all that they find.

Option2
This worked for me in the past,navigate to your system32 folder and drag and
drop msspi.dll to your desktop and reboot. Then run the free scanners below
If this worked delete the msspi.dll this is not a system dll.
