I’ve read a number of different posts about building a single image that will
support more than one set of hardware, I just wanted to check that my
thinking was correct, but basically is it a case of building an image without
using TAP and importing only generic components? I tried to import two
different pmq files to see what that would do and neither of the target
devices could even run through the FBA, much less have a sealed image that
would support them both.
If I have to build a completely generic image is there somewhere I can
reference to ensure I’ve covered all the options? Or do I just keep adding
hardware drivers until it works? I’d rather not do the second as it will be
time consuming and I’d imagine fairly unreliable.
Cheers.
