Generic Host Process

What is Generic Host Process for Win32 Services
5.1.2600.0? I receive a popup window when ever I turn the
computer on or access email or the internet. It does not
respond to deny or okay and it returns again and again as
many as 20 times in a row. How can I disable or delete it?

You definitely don't want to disable this service. Simply
configure your firewall to automatically allow those activities you
want, and disallow those you don't want. Once the firewall knows what
to do with each instance of the service, it won't have to interrupt
you to ask for advice.
