Generating a report

Everytime I try to generate a report 1 of 2 things happens.

1. If I use the wizard it simply says "The wizard has failed to create your
report"

2. If I try to use the design view. The button just does nothing.
 
Are you working on a MDB or MDE file?

Are you the only one using the database?
