Instead of Notes, Outbox, Sent Items, Tasks, Journal under
out look today, it shows only ??? for all above mentions
items everything else is Okay.
 
Are you using Exchange or a pst-file and waht version of Outlook?
Try starting Outlook from Start-> Run with the /resetfolders switch
