general question

I have P2 333Mhz (384 MB ram) machine running win2000. And it runs OK. I
want to load XP on it. But I am not sure whether or not it will make my
system really slow. Any advise will be much appreciated.

XP is a dog, don't even think about trying to tun it on your 333.

I had a customer ask me to upgrade her 1.3Ghz. P-III from Win2K
to XP. Within a week, she was back to my shop begging me to
reinstall W2K on her machine. XP sucked up ALL her performance
that she had become accustomed to with Win2K.
