Try the startup problem fixes at http://www.cpearson.com/excel/StartupErrors.htm Try removing and reinstalling Excel. Check the knowledge base at www.microsoft.com. If you can't find an Excel fix, look for a Windows fix; it might be a Windows problem, not an Excel problem
