General Proection Faults

I have tried running spybot again...it won't download the
new definitions and I have also tried to download the
HiJack file and I can't read it...It says to unzip it and
I think that I opened the file with the wrong program. It
comes up in a bunch of messy writting!! I need
help...please!!! How do I unzip it??

If you do not have this program to unzip the file, download and install.

WinZip brings the convenience of Windows to the use of Zip files and other
archive and compression formats.

If you do have it open it and browse to the .zip downloaded file and extract
the HiJackThis.
