Beginning Physical Memory Dump

Any suggestions?

I am at the client site now and the user cannot use his pc
at all due to the message.

This file is part of the USB subsystem of Windows 2000. First thing I would
try is to disconnect any USB devices attached to the computer. Or, you could
try to come up in safe mode and uninstall the USB controller in Device
Manager and have it reinstall.

I'll try that. I'm also going to look for an updated
driver for his external USB CD-RW drive on HP's website.
