1. You are being prompted for the license key, in which case it should be
on the case it was enclosed in when you bought it. OR if you downloaded it,
when you purchased they should have sent you a license key. Either way
there is no 'general code' you need to use the license key that came with
it.
2. The database was created and the security was put in pkace, in which
case you would need the password to log-in. You might want to contact the
'creator' of the database or perhaps someone else where you 'work' (assuming
it's at a place of employment) might know the password.
Without more detail, best anyone can do is guess what your problem is. More
specific information might get you a more specific answer.
