gcasDtServHolder won't leave the taskbar

After starting AntiSpyware, I have a window
called "gcasDtServHolder" show up in my taskbar with Move
and Close being the only two options available for it.
If I close it it also removes the AntiSpyware icon from
my System Tray. Also when I open the main AntiSpyware
window, an extra window shows in my taskbar. It has what
looks like an old VB6 icon with no text and appears to be
linked to the "loading... Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta1"
window. It will stay in the taskbar as long as I stay in
the AntiSpyware, however as soon as I go to any other
app, this window disappears.

Do you have the alt-tab power toy installed on Windows XP? Or
multi-monitors, or some form of desktop expansion app from a video card
vendor?

This is a known bug--but I don't know all of the possible triggers for its
appearance.
