Gauge/Dashboard Charts

does anybody know about gauge charts, what's the best way to make one
in excel? it's good for show %, but could anyone give me some hints of
how to create one? thanks.

Gauge charts are really bad if your intention is to convey information. If
you just want glitz, then they're fine. Here's a little blurb about
