Gateway 7320GZ Laptop stuck in hibernate?

Hello,

I just got a Gateway 7320GZ yesterday, and was installing a program on it, and then went to sleep. I believe the computer went into hibernation, and no matter what buttons I hit, or how long I hold the power button, it wont turn back on. Any ideas?

Sounds like there is no power. Try removing the battery and plugging the the mains connector into the laptop - check that the connector is not loose

(This might seem a bit of an odd thing to do but it is exactly what I have to do with my grandson's Medion Cybermaxx (Toys'r'us) laptop when it exhibits the "I'm dead" syndrome)

I fixed it, thanks! The power button came unplugged inside so I couldn't turn it back on.
