Garbled Data IE6

I am having a problem sending large amounts of table data to a frame. For
some reason (about 75% of the time) a couple of chars in the data is garbled
about half way through the page, screwing up the display of my table and
causing IE to report errors on the page.

The pages are over 100k.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Here is an example...

The content is about 135k
This only happens once in the whole document, but it always seems to happen
around the same spot

IE Receives this
< 4 9a href="mailto:[email protected]">

IIS is sending this
<TD><a href="mailto:[email protected]">
