Gaps between coloureds cels

I am trying to operate a new website with the layout of an old website, which
was made with front Page 97 I am using front page 2002. For some reason.
When I preview the old website in the programme. There is no gaps in the
colours when I have made my other website there is a white line between the
cells. Any suggestions, what is causing this.

PS, I have not been using front page for quite a long time. And if there's
anyone out there, who is willing to help me get started with this by using
Yahoo!. Please contact me

How does the page look in Preview in Browser? It could be the white
line is simply FrontPage delineating the cell boundaries. A link to the
page may help solve the problem.
