gaming and windows media player

I am having problems with games and windows media
player. I recently installed xp and for some reason I do
not have directx. i cannot find the complete download for
it, only upgrades. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

Hi Heather,

Here's a link to DirectX (from step 5 of my previous post) ;-)

Download and install the complete DirectX 9.0b from:
http://download.microsoft.com/downl...-4c98-baf3-0c67e7f3751f/dx90update_redist.exe

*Antivirus / Firewalls can corrupt the download and installation,
it's highly recommended you disable them during this process.
