Games won't start

I am having a problem getting Civilization IV and Warhammer Mark of Chaos to
launch. Both programs worked before. But now when I try to start them
nothing happens, no error message, just nothing happens.

Kent,
you might try looking at the event log and see if anything is posted.

Go to control panel / administrative tools / event viewer.

Check the system and application logs and see if anything is posted. If it
is, post it and we will see if anyone knows what it means

the game wont start first my pc asks too open it with admin aproval i do it but nothing works pleass help
