Games with MSN messenger

I seem to be having problems playing games, I also have to sign in a second
time with netpassport when I go to pick up e-mail messages from clicking on
the MSN messenger e-mail tag with via netpasspot with the selection
difference being one name has part of my e-mail in capitals and the other is
in small letter, when I do log in under either method I still get to the
same place which is my hotmail account site. I am not sure if this is
associated with the problem.

This is a copy of the message that I receive

Greetings Allistair,

Actually this is the result of the same issue -- Messenger tries to sign you into Passport to
play these games, since (from your Hotmail problem) you are unable to automatically be signed
into Passport, the same problem occurs when you try to play the Messenger games.

Have you tried simply signing out of Messenger (or if you have your Passport saved, click
Start, then Control Panel, then User Accounts, click the current Windows XP account that
you're logged in under, then click "Change my .NET Passport", choose the "Use a Different
Passport" button) and sign in using all lowercase.
