Games play for Admin but not for 'limited' accounts... ?

I set up a computer for both my kids and myself so I created an Admin account
for myself and they each have a 'limited' account. I installed some demo
games I downloaded from MSN, and moved the desktop shortcuts from my desktop
to the "All Users" desktop. Now they only run in the kids' accounts when I
change thos accounts from 'limited' to Admins.
Is there some way to allow them to play, too, without making them
administrators? Afterall, isn't that the point?

Quite - but it seems normal for most games, ie they're not written for
Windows XP Users. I fudged "The SIMS" by giving my users write access to the
various folders under Program Files... containing user data. I'm now
struggling with SIMS2. What we need is a catalogue somewhere of instructions
for common applications etc.
